我从中国海运一点家居。运费在国内已经付清。现在这里的货运公司又给我一张大bill。什么情况？
CISF 506
port service charge 800
我的个神啊。乱七八杂的1700
求教啊，有经验的同学都是这样的吗？
一共才10个立方的东西就这么多吗？
如果不要了再运回去会怎样

那个费用里面，还包括吊箱费嘞，我就得10年前，我也自己搞了一把拼箱的，好像吊箱费，一个就200刀了，然后7算8算。。反正我忘了，只是觉得真的没有必要运过了，因为我后来是住洋人家的，那些东西后来都用不上，还得处理。。真的划不来哦。。

It depends on which incoterms is being used and stated on SLI. Judge on your description, it looks like CFR or CIF(Port of AKL) to me. This means the shipper is responsible for Origin costs and Freight charges. Any charges occured at destination are under your resposibility.

Please bear in mind, most of LCL charges are calculated by cubicmetre and 10 cbm can not be considering as a small LCL shipment given the useable volume of 20ft container. I’ll say the charges are pretty reasonable.

Make up your mind ASAP. Otherwise, Port of AKL will start to charge you demurrage after 3 day of arrival.

There is a possibility of avoiding this CISF fee. However, you need to refer to your original quotation from the agent in China if you asked for one before the shipment was handed over to them. In fact, you should go back to both of the agents and ask them to clarify this mysterious charges.
