Personal Assistant To Director Job Description: - General secretarial duties
- Office and personal administration related to the Director
- Manage travel arrangements for director including hotel accommodation, transportation and ticketing
- Occasionally travel to Overseas and PRC
- Association or Chamber of Commerce experience is an advantage
Requirements: · - Not less than 1 year working experence
- University graduate or above, preferably in Chinese language, communication or public relation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good in using MS Office (MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing)
- Mature, pleasant, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Experienced in travel agency is in advantage
- Available immediately is preferred
