Can everyone pretty please comment on Petstops facebook page about out story.... So far it has been five days and we have still not had a SINGLE phone call returned despite desperately trying to contact managers of the Petstops stores in central Auckland. We want them at the least to take some responsibility for selling us a product that resulted in our rabbit being put down last night. And paying our vet bill of $800 would be nice. Although I unashamadly admit that I asked is there was a cheaper product, being told that it 'should be ok' (as I was) to use a cat product for de-fleaing is totally irresponsible and unethical - especially since it is apparently widely known amongst petshops that cat treatments are NOT for use on rabbits under any circumstances. They actually tried to sell me a product for 4-7kgs cats initially, and it was me who requested something for a kitten instead. |
