PC Support –Fixed Term

Due to the urgent nature of this position we need any applicant to apply ASAP.

We have a temporary opportunity in our IT Team to help with the transition from Windows Vista to Windows 7.  The position would be Fixed Term with an immediate start finishing on the 23rd of December 2011.

The responsibilities for this position include: Swapping out users computers with freshly built versions, transferring data and profile information, installing user specific software, putting Windows 7 images on existing computers, creating  Windows 7 Enterprise Images following a procedure(one for each model) and providing user support, particularly around ensuring the replacement computer performs all user tasks successfully.

Applicants would require Level 1 Computer Support training, good people skills and good communication skills.
