您好。。
我昨天收到CO的信，她怀疑我办学生签是为了要去新西兰工作。因为我之前有办工签的记录和我二月申请的工签四月被拒然后我现在又办学生签。她还写说因为我申请学生签时选择可以工作的机会所以怀疑我办学生签是为了要去工作！我办学生签是因为我不能去工作了我才下定决心要去念IT 的Master。请问我要真么证明我是真的要去念书的呢？我是在 INZ 新加坡申请的。
这是CO给我的信：
Our assessment of your application
We have completed a first assessment of your application. Before we make a decision on your application we would like to give you an opportunity to provide us with further information:
- We note from our records that you had previously applied for work visas and had been working in New Zealand. You last applied for a work visa in February 2011. After it was declined in April, you applied for this student visa. Your previous immigration history and work visa applications showed your intention to work in New Zealand. As such, we are concerned that you may not be a genuine student and that you applied for a student visa which will have work conditions in order to work in New Zealand.
你们有没有办offshore application的疑难签证？
