sorry I can not type Chinese in this computer(not mine)

My parents handed in PR application some time ago.
Letter came through today, asking my father to do 3 more tests to suppliment the medical certificate which I handed in 3 month ago!

Do I have to take my father to a GP? or can I just get the test done???
There is a piece of paper with ticked tests to be done
