I am just back from 14 weeks paid maternity leave, and have worked for 8 weeks now. But was told the company will be restructred and my position will be cancelled.

What can I do? Can I get any help from the labour of department? my baby is only 5 months now-I will be a full time house wife!

Feel sorry for you...You can talk to 0800sucked (no win no fee), May will listen your story and find out if you have ground to challenge them.
If you have low income, you can also apply for legal aid, you can test your eligibility and find free lawyer on the following link http://www.lsa.govt.nz/legal-aid/civil-family-overview.php

如果公司是按照正常的手续, 而且不是因为你有孩子而歧视你, 是真的不需要这个POSITION的话, 就没办法了. LZ可以去上班族问下.

不过有些事情不试不知道

公司有pay你redundancy fee么。一般都应该有。
你再电话winz问问有什么能补助的
少一个人的收入，起码应该有childcare补助了吧

应该不可以吧。毕竟没有涉及歧视孕妇和无理解雇。你的职位被cancel。应该属于公司的合理规划吧。
