it is only if you buy a property less than $200K, where can you get a property less than 200K nowadays??? even you do, the condition will be very bad,and I do not think kiwibank will take it as security.

你说的是Welcome Home Loan吧？With Welcome Home Loan, you can borrow up to $350k, deposit is 15% of the amount above $200k, in another word, if you purchase a property under $200k, no deposit required. If you purchase a property for $280k, you will need to pay $80x15%=$12k deposit. Well, it is hard to find something in Auckland within the price range, but in some suburbs you may still find some good properties.

不敢乱试，据说kiwibank 办理贷款，一次不成，没有任何弥补的机会，所以还是要保险点吧，找个熟悉的或朋友介绍的比较靠谱。

另外，原来kiwibank 网站上有一句承诺说，六年之内贷款利率最低，若干年前朋友贷款曾看到过，可是现在没有了，不知道这项优惠还有 吗z？

但是，总体来说，kiwibank人员素质与其它的银行没法比， 运气不好就会碰到个棒槌，误事。
为了这个低利率的承诺，还真想试一试，虽然也听说，贷款两年到期，某经理就是找理由不给优惠利率，可是应该相信，这只是个别人的个别现象。

可惜不在奥克兰，坛子里有人推荐，相信lz 应该不错吧。
