it depends, many ppl confirm it works but doesnt work to me actually:(
the thing is having Interleaving off makes a connection less reliable (and thus reduces the range of reliable DSL), but ...

The diffenrece is that it will have adverse effects on VoIP services
such as VFX, Skype etc. You may get some packet errors in your data. But TCP/IP stacks will take care of that anyway, so unless the errors are very bad, it won't matter. Given that your modem is reporting a Downstream speed , that's as near to a perfect line as you are likely to see, so I wouldn't expect you to have any problems with errors on your line.
Another thing you can check is Noise Margin and Attenuation Rates (via your modem's web interface), then interpret them according to the following table...
SNR Margin
In general, a higher signal to noise ratio will result in less errors.
6bB. or below = Bad and will experience no line synchronisation or intermittent synchronisation problems.
7dB-10dB. = Fair but does not leave much room for variances in conditions.
11dB-20dB. = Good with little or no synchronisation problems
20dB-28dB. = Excellent
29dB. or above = Outstanding
Attenuation Rates
Ingerneral, attenuation is the loss of signal over distance.Unfortunately, dB loss is not just dependent on distance. It alsodepends on cable type and gauge (which can differ over the length ofthe cable), the number and location other connection points on thecable.
20bB. and below = Outstanding
20dB-30dB. = Excellent
30dB-40dB. = Very Good
40dB-50dB. = Good
50dB-60dB. = Poor and may experience connectivity issues
60dB. and above = Bad and will experience connectivity issues
