有人知道provisional ACA里面的special entry route是个怎么回事吗?

10月份的时候收到NZICA的邮件, "Provisional members update". 里面有提到ACA 的special entry route. 有人知道是什么东西吗? 我把原话贴上来~~

Provisional ACA College members – special entry route

If you currently hold provisional membership of the ACA College gained through the special entry route, you must passPCE 1 and apply for full membership by 1 November 2009. (Applications received from candidates who sat the October 2009 sitting of PCE 1 will be accepted during the first two weeks of November 2009). If you do not complete PCE 1 and apply for full membership of the ACA College through the special entry route by the dates above, and still wish to seek membership of the ACA College, you will be required to meet the standard admission requirements.
