请问把狗狗怎么从国内带过来

打算移民过来，所以想把狗狗也带来NZ
有谁知道有什么部门可以联系的吗?

基本上来说是不可能的。。。。很多钱+第三国隔离六个月。。。

所以你的狗狗不允许从中国直接带来，只能说是在NZ允许的3RD COUNTRY比如说新加坡住了至少6个月以后才可以从新加坡再申请过来NZ
