Well a word of advice, only eat white meat instead of redmeat. Red meats such as beef, pork, lamb...etc have high LDL or "badcholestrol". Personally I only eat boiled lean turkey breast, fish, or chicken breast, it helps to maintain good cholesterol level.
Protein shake is also good as a dieting supplement, as coupling with decentexercise it can prevents break down of muscles instead of fats (Muscles are easierto break down than fat when body is deprived of energy).
I would notrecommend LZ’s diet regime, as extreme dieting (calorie intake < calorieoutgoing) can lead to body malfunction from hormone overload, and may evencause nerve shock during exercise.
It isbest to take it easy and slowly build up a good dieting habit.
My diet includes a bowl of high fiber cereal + yogurt forbreakfast, a lean chicken or turkey salad for lunch (0g fat), and a protein shake for dinner(overall, +1600calories per day).
Forexercise I run for an hour every morning (-800 calories), and spend an hourdoing weight lifting at night (-400 calories).
I have lost 15kg in 3 months, I am 180cm and 80kg now
, and the most important thing is, I havebuild up good muscle to fat ratio, and have no stretch marks or loose skin. |
