yes, 900k - 100k is more about the price range in this area.
this house is out of range....
last few months, there were few suprising price record in nearby areas.
- 87 sylvan avenue northcote sold for $1.22m, owner bought 902k about a yr ago.
- another cross lease property on sylvan avenue sold for $881k
so, yet to see if this is a new price trend going to affect this area???
i can only say "River east can become river west, once a working class areas can become new million dollars suburds "
Look at westmere, grey lynn, pt England, sandringham, mt roskill.... they were all humbles suburds and bought out ( sold out) and became affluent suburds.
i am happy about the price increase in this area ( still own my house there) but, just a strange feeling of how this place has became with this kind of price in this neighbourhood........ |
