Depend on different areas, example Belmont in North Shore, no single house is empty. My friend wants to rent a house around this area. It is so hard. Before she can wait till Xmas, somebody goes oversea or leaves then she can rent it. But now we close out boarder, nobody wants to leave or move.

CITY 主要客源都无法入境，租金肯定要跌。其他地区还行，但是边境不开，也不会大涨的。
