其实如果你的SALARY EXPECTATION 超过了他们事先计划的SALARY RANGE的话,然后他们对你又很满意,通常会和你协商的。
还有一般来讲,他们工资幅度很大,很大程度是取绝于你之前和现在的工作的工资。
很简单的道理 ...

It depends, every job in big company has salary band, normally the recruiting manager cannot offer the candidate more than 100% midpoint of the band. When I was recruting one position a couple of months ago, I had a very outstanding candidate from JP Morgan, but his salary expectation is 20K above the salary band for the job, We had no choice but gave up him. |
