"Using toilet paper culture comes from the Cold countries where temperature drops below freezing point , and it's tough to use that cold water daily. But, India doesn't experience such cold climate. Therefore, they prefer water, which is most hygienic. Remember that, we generally use the left hand, (or right hand for lefties), and then wash thoroughly with soap. So, it doesn't make any sense being tagged as unhygienic process. Additionally, use of toilet paper doesn't clean the but properly, as perfectly as use of hand does. " |
