关于工作offer，希望大家给点建议

我面试了两家公司，第一家已经给我offer了，第二家正在等。 现在第一家公司要我签合同，但是我很想去第二家，如果我签了合同之后，第二家也给我offer了，我不去第一家公司了，会有什么问题？还有如果我在入职之后收到第二家公司的offer，在试用期我可以马上离职吗？
不知道在NZ这种情况通常会怎么处理。请各位上班族的兄弟姐们帮帮忙！

New Zealand is a small place , this will surely damage your reputation and it will affect your career in the long run.

确定这样可以吗 和楼主情况差不多第一家这2天就签合约了 第二家还在等但工资比第一家高
所以我在第一家上班了等到第二家给我合约就不用notice period就能跳槽？！

3个月之内，你和老板可以互相炒鱿鱼。。。3个月之后，你可以随时炒老板，他不能随意炒你，除非有正当理由。。。
