标题: 用go large计划的有收到telecom公司的信吗？ [打印本页]

我昨天收到信说到这月底telecom就close down go large这个service了，要求我们月底之前换plan，可是我一个朋友也用的这个计划就没有收到信。想问问大家有人收到吗，还是telecom拿我们家开刀哪？

Here's the deal. Go Large is been withdrawn. So every Go Large customer will receive a letter advising you of this. You have 2 options either sign up to Big Time before 30 Oct 2008 and we will credit the difference for the first 3 month ($10 a month) or you can choose another plan to go on to. If we do not hear from you by 30 Oct 2009 we will change your plan to the 10GB plan which is the same price as Go Large.

真的建议大家别用telecom的big time

我就是go large转到big time的，下载速度那叫一个慢！！！

我從go large轉成big time之后,過了幾天收到telecom的一封信,上面有寫: A 12 month minimum term and a $199 early termination fee apply. 難道從go large轉過去big time也要簽合約? 大家有收到信嗎?
