今天是农历冬至,虽然这边是夏天,但是还是意思意思啦!因为是下午5点的时候才想起来今天是冬节,想包饺子的话好象不现实了,因为家里除了面粉,别的材料都要出去买,所以算算买材料+和面+醒面+和馅+杆饺子皮,还有包,煮,时间太久了,非把大家的胃给饿坏了,于是晚饭后,我用了1个小时左右的时间做了这个蛋糕,算是给家人的小礼物好了!~~~废话少说了,上蛋糕!
材料:蛋糕BASE:4个鸡蛋,100克面粉,1/2茶勺SODA POWDER,100克糖,20克BUTTER,30ML牛奶,1茶勺香草精.然后烤蛋糕的摸具要用BAKING PAPER铺底哦!以下看图解!
1.准备好的摸具:

2.隔着70度的热水打四个鸡蛋,然后100克糖分四次倒入!

3.分三次SHIFT面粉和SODA POWDER 进 CREAMY鸡蛋液里!!

4.20克BUTTER+30ML的MILK,微波30秒,加香草精,拌匀,然后再倒入面糊里,上下拌均匀了一定!!

烤好的蛋糕BASE!200度,烤15~20分钟,以竹签插进去,干净出来为熟
