什么宝宝才有资格领取？
To be eligible to receive your car seat you need to live within The Trust's area at the time of baby's birth.

宝宝出生时住在下面区内：

PORTAGE TRUST AREAS: Glendene, Kelston, Glen Eden, Kaurilands, Titirangi, Laingholm, Cornwallis, Little Huia, Whatipu, Green Bay, New Lynn, Avondale, Waterview, Blockhouse Bay, New Windsor & Owairaka, (west of Richardson & Boundary Rds.)  注意这里不只是现在严格意义上的西区，是老的西区化分。

WAITAKERE TRUST AREAS: Whenuapai, West Harbour, Waitakere Township, Massey, Henderson, Ranui, Swanson, Taupaki, Te Atatu Peninsula, Te Atatu Sth, Sunnyvale, Oratia, Waiatarua, Karekare, Piha, Bethells Beach.
For further information and to arrange to collect your car seat, please contact the Plunket Clinic for the area in which you reside (refer above for Trust areas):

For people living in the WAITAKERE TRUST AREA, telephone the Henderson Plunket Clinic on (09) 837 1871

别忘了带住址证明，如电费单、出生证、宝宝保健手册或者出院证明

provide proof of residence; and their baby’s birth certificate, power bill (or some other proof of residence for the month in which the baby was born), Well Child Book or Hospital discharge paper.

注意：须在宝宝四个月前去领呀
IMPORTANT NOTE - YOUR CARSEAT MUST BE PICKED UP BEFORE BABY TURNS FOUR MONTHS OLD.

Coverage Area: North Island-Auckland-Auckland Central;North Island-Auckland-Auckland West  
Child restraint seats are available to parents living within the Portage and Waitakere Trust districts. Applicant will need to fill in a form, have baby's birth certificate and Wellbeing booklet and a power bill showing your address. Applicant must apply within 4 months of the baby's birth.
