请大家给下意见 特别纠结~~ 两个offer 怎么选

最近拿了2 个 offer, 特别纠结到底要去哪个，披个马甲，上来问下意见。

背景: software engineer 经验1年多点

offer 1: 用 Phyton, 不是做 core-product, 更类似customization of products. 职位名称: consultant

好处：公司非常友好，会经常有出差得机会，大家很喜欢我，face to face 见面过，感觉他们真正得care about employee, 而且公司非常透明化

坏处: 是consultant, 不是 software engineer， 用得语言是 Phyton (对以后跳槽不是特别有用). 薪水比另外得公司少25%

offer2: 用C++, C#, 做得是core-product, 职位名称: software engineer

好处: 工资高25%, C++ 和 C# 对以后跳槽有好处，公司大方  可以每周1－2天 work from home. 而且 interview 还 offer 给我买机票，让我去公司看看，我当时傻啊，居然说没时间去，不过人家也是给 offer 了

坏处： 公司做软件得team 比较小，而且感觉人没有那么友好, 感觉不是很care 我是死是活，..  没有face to face 谈过，只是网上interview..

现在得公司就是感觉没动力， 所以特别像去个自己很喜欢得公司。这么看得话 offer 1 比较好，真的感觉可以特别信任他们得感觉。但offer 2 得公司做得东西应该更有技术性，但是感觉不是特别得friendly, 比较harsh..

挣扎了好久，实在没办法决定，请大家帮忙，谢谢

LZ多大？？要是年轻我觉得harsh几年也不错，多学技术多挣钱。。。。

凡事都是有得必有失的啦。看你的取舍了。在说你连工作都没做就已经想好将来跳槽，楼住你是否有点太急了，工作舒服的地方，肯定没挑战性的

虽然不懂lz 讲的专业术语，但是看在工资高25%，和以后的就业前景，应该选2

if offer 1 is from a big company, I would take it, eventhough the pay is low. You will still have chance to get an increase+other chances within the company.

If offer 1 is a small company, forget about it then. They are friendly at the moment is because they pay you very low. This is very common here in NZ.

Overall, offer 2 should be good enough in terms of your career development & fair pay....

二十多岁  恩  我也是这么想  

但现在的公司就不是很开心  所以我也挺想找个让我觉得开心得环境  所以感觉很纠结

I personally prefer offer 2, I like small dev team, sometimes small means friendly, stress-less.

Thank you for your suggestions. I think you are right.

Both companies are overseas (not in Asia), Im moving to another country. I havent had a chance to have a look at the work place, that is one of the reasons why it is so hard to make a decision. :)

Both companies are fairly small ( compared to my current company). Company 1 still offers a reasonable salary, around 65K NZD, company 2 is bit more generous.  You are right, I should take Offer 2. I guess this decision has just been made. Thanks.

谢谢, 确实 看硬件来说，确实是company 2 比较好. :)

其实几个月前就已经有公司来挖墙脚了  offer 的价钱至少和 我现在的 offer 2 是一样的，但是我没去..

恩  说的也有道理  年轻需要点挑战。谢谢

Not in the same area, but suggest take the job with more challenges.
I just took a job in a Smaller firm ,really friendly ppl and quite good pay. But feel bored every day, and just waste what I learnt here. Because everyone is so friendly here, now I don't know how to say that I want to quit just after working here for one month.

Thank you! They are both fairly small companies.

Company 1 is a software company, Company 2 is a electrical equipment company, so Company 1 has a larger development team, and company 2 only have a few software developers.

I actually think that Company 2 has a heavier work load, they showed me what I will be doing for the next year or so, I will be the only person responsible for that part of the development... Although it is somewhat still interesting, the skeletons have been put into place, but there are still some algorithm parts that needs to be done, some UI work (possible quite boring.. ), but well.. I guess it is better than just customizing products ( company 1).. ?

但是Phyton 给我感觉总是脱离不了 scripting language 的框框，而且速度相对来说比较慢。北美用 Phyton 做 core-development 的还是不多..

外行也知道 C+++啥的好, 选2没有错, 以后跳剿也好啊

还是走主流的C++ C#  吧，新西兰对这方面的需求因该还是很大的，Phyton 用的比较少，特别是新西兰

第二个看上去很吸引啊,而且还是小团队,工作又那么多,东西又主流.SOFTWARE ENGINEER的名头还是很好听的,比CONSULTANT强. 如果你胆子本来就不小,也不怕见生人,那出差机会其实没什么用,我一年好几次满世界的飞,也没看见对我自己能力有什么帮助.还是扎实做事练本领最好. 对于工作的标准顺序是:自己爱不爱,职位高不高,机会多不多,团队牛不牛小不小(大了没什么好处),公司大不大,钱多不多.

非常感谢!  你的 post 让我最后绝对拒绝了 offer 1, 接受了 offer 2, 说得很对，以后的发展还是最重要的，不能因小失大，为了蝇头小利而失去了机会。我估计 offer 2 会非常的challenging, 一切靠自己， 没有 senior 给知道，希望能约做越好，再次感谢你的建议.

工作都是在欧洲  不过 C++, C# 确实是主流，谢谢 :)

谢谢，确实，我不怕和人打交道，就是编程的程度还有待提高 :) 结这个机会提高自己吧  更何况工资还高了 20 ％  我也知足啦   哈
