請問關於Skilled Occupations 的選擇...

我想請問一下：

我是AUT酒店管理本科畢業，在一間酒店有一年9個月前台工作經驗，今年一月升為Front Office Supervisor，這個月剛被升為Acting Front Office Manager，所以絕對有兩年工作經驗。三個月試用過后就是正式的Front Office Manager了。

我們酒店跟其他酒店不一樣，FOM不僅僅是管理酒店前臺，實際工作性質是ANZSCO裏面 "141311 Hotel or Motel Manager" 和 "431411 Hotel Service Manager"的綜合(藍字部分為實際工作内容）：

Occupation:

141311 Hotel or Motel Manager

Tasks Include:

• directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
• supervising security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance
• planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function and conference activities
• observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations
• assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
• overseeing accounting and purchasing activities
• ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• may provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation

Occupation:

431411 Hotel Service Manager

Tasks Include:

• determining work requirements and allocating duties to Commercial Housekeepers, Luggage Porters and Doorpersons
• conferring with managers to coordinate activities with other organisational units
• maintaining attendance records and rosters
• explaining and enforcing safety regulations
• overseeing the work of the unit and suggesting improvements and changes
• conferring with workers to resolve grievances
• may perform front office and hotel reception duties

請問這樣的話，還是應該選擇"Hotel Service Manager" 麽？因爲我的title最終還是FOM...

但是我的實際工作裏面是有budget control的内容的呢.... 有點暈呀~~

front office manager 就title而言肯定是skilled

但是具体还要看你下面还有多少员工

如果你下面还有duty manger和front office supervisor，parttime、fulltime satff的话100% skilled

不过一般来说三星以上的酒店才会需要front office manager， 年薪4w5以上吧

手下沒有duty manager, 只有前臺fulltime6個人工作，酒店是4星半的，這樣就是skilled的了？？
