房子离retaining wall多少米远不算additional load

建retaining wall 是否需要consent 有个条件是看挡土墙是否承担房子的重量即[size=13.125px]additional load, 房子离挡土墙多远才不算承重呢, council网站没找到明确说法, 有大神懂吗. 目前需要建的挡土墙不到1米5高, 离房子大概5米远

如果1.5米高挡土墙，房子5米远，应该没有surcharge, 一般常用的是45度线，但是其实不那么准确， 准确的是soil friction angle 可能大概30度，比45度更远点

同样5米，对于不同自重的房子，不同土质的地块，不同邻居接壤情况，荷载传递情况都不一样的，这也是为啥要BC的原因。
要敬畏大自然，有时候大家都觉得没问题，但说不定一个人在没有BC的挡土墙边沿上跳一跳，就会出问题了。当然，1.5m高度貌似也没啥危险，谁知道呢。。。

低密度农村地区的话，这个距离一般不需要BC，请专业Charted设计就好。
