Cross lease, 排水管道塞了，大家的费用是一半？

Cross lease的房子，邻居那边的排水管道塞了，有黄泥，估计是下面的管道老了，坏了，所以有黄泥涌出来，最坏的结果是车道重做，管重铺，这样费用大家各一半还是靠哪边多，哪边出多点，按比例，大家有遇到这种情况么？


下面是找人看过之后得出的结论：
2xblocked cesspits, unable to clear both, have located and marked this point on the d/stream cesspit. Need to relay from the top cesspit to the bottom cesspit, then from the bottom cesspit need to relay to the kerb outlet. Approx 35m of pipe to lay.

有经验知道会花多少钱么？感觉很贵，管这么长要换，driveway还要重铺，

房子很好哇，就是管老了，可能下一个更不好，还想再住几年，唉

邻居也提过，不过貌似地太小，一大块才七百多，不符合条件吧

如果你在奧克蘭的話 只要是existing dwellings （當然 假設是legally established 即兩個房子都有建築許可）變freehold 沒有最低面積要求 只要你們兩家都同意 包括成本分擔（最貴就是管道upgrade 這部分了）和新邊界位置這些  立刻就可以找相關專業準備申請變 freehold 的分割申請  700多完全不是問題  兩家有三百多 其實不算太差了

然後就在拿到分割許可後才做conditions裡面要求的管道分流和提升工作  做完你們兩家就完全分家了  一勞永逸
