请各位大侠指教下,我们看好房子,交了订金!现在发现title出现点问题,我和律师谈了半天也不是很清楚这个问题!大概情况是这样,当时开放商盖好房子后没有为这房子签字,然后就买给第一手屋主,所以TITLE出现问题!但是LIM和CCC都有了,我们现在让第一手屋主为我们整理好TITLE,他不是很愿意!我们困惑这个TITLE是否重要!因为我们看了很久房子,才看上这套房子的,也很想买这房子! 现在想问问各位,有人清楚这情况吗?如果屋主不做,我们接手后再去做,是否困难?

1. Certificate of Title 2. Easement Instrument The title is freehold and it is subject to the land covenants in the Easement instrument. Please go through these and advise if you have any concern or query. Note that the plans and specifications for the dwelling have to be approved by the developer, Parkview Estates (2009) Limited. I will write to the vendor's solicitor to have this confirmed.
