NEW TITLE

QUESTION:

The land was divided into two sections, need apply new title for each section.

If vendor's solicitor submited documents on 18/July, roughly when can get new title issued by LINZ?

FML, property was auctioned in late May, agent always told me new title is on the way, on the way, checked with my lawyer yesterday, verndor's lawyer just submited docs on last Thursday !!! Such a liar...

As above, what is the processing time for new land title?

Anyone know?

二手房Title过户都应该是settlement day那天转的啊，当天就转好的。

not transfer title la, coz the land was divided into two sections, need new title for each section.

get your solicitor to follow up asap. your agent only sell the property. they wont help you to transfer the title. get the right person to do the right job. even you chase your agent everyday he cant tell you when your title got transfer because this is the solicitor job.

yes, that is why yesterday I asked my lawyer and she updates me that vendor's lawyer just submited docs for new title last week.. it is really a shock..  dont know how long I still need to wait to get new title issued  : (

sad : ( .. just get email from my lawyer, it will take another three weeks to process new title and another week for final settlement.
