想问一下一些持中国护照在奥克兰办理日本签证的朋友一些问题： 如果是中国护照持有者，有新西兰永久PR，想办理日本多次往返旅游签证需要提供一些什么资料？ 需要多少个工作日才可以办下来？ 签证有效期一般会签多久？ 谢谢有心人的资料提供和帮助~~~

没办过多次往返, 单次往返很好办, 按要求提供材料就行了 (如下). 大概一周时间.

This is in response to your enquiry regarding a Temporary Visitor's Visa for Japan.
Please see below for the requirements of your visa application.

1. Valid passport
2. One passport size photograph taken within the last six months at the time of application
3. One completed original visa application form (please see attached file)
4. One completed "Reason for entry into Japan" form (please see attached file)
5. Flight details of entire trip issued by travel agent
6. Proof of funds - bank statements with transaction details for the last three months at the time of application
7. Letter from your employer stating the period of your employment and salary, and confirmation of continuation of employment when you return to New Zealand, or letter from your school stating the period of your enrolment and confirmation of continuation of enrolment when you return to New Zealand.
8. Documents verifying the purpose of your visit (e.g. details of the schedule in Japan [daily schedule], hotel/tour reservation confirmation, an invitation letter from your friend or relative)
9. Additional documentation from your guarantor in Japan - Letter of Guarantee (身元保証書); Reason for Invitation Letter (招聘理由書); details of your schedule in Japan (daily schedule); Family Registration Certificate (戸籍謄本) if your guarantor is a Japanese national, or Alien Registration Certificate (外国人登録記載原票) if your guarantor is not a Japanese national; Letter from the employer (在職証明書) if your guarantor is a company employee, or Company Registration (登記簿 - "Toki-bo") if your guarantor own their own company or business; Income Certificate (源泉徴収表/確定申告書) - may also be required.
10. Visa Fee (NZ $47.00) - payable by cash, due when the visa has been issued.

If you are a permanent resident of New Zealand, or currently residing in New Zealand on a Work Permit, normally the documents required from a guarantor in Japan (number nine) should not be required for your initial visa application. However please be aware that these documents, or other documents, may be required at a later stage.

Please note:
* Additional documentation may be required
* No documents other than your passport will be returned
* Temporary Visitor's Visa applications will take a minimum of 5 working days to be processed
* In the case of applications that require inquires to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Japan, you may need to wait a couple of months for the assessment to be completed. Please ensure you allow plenty of leeway.
* Possession of a visa does not entitle the bearer to enter Japan upon arrival at port of entry if he or she is found inadmissible.

忘了说了, 我上次申请的单次往返是30天的签证. 应该是根据你的旅行计划决定的. 我去了两周时间.

我申请的签证是3个月有效，单次入境，15天境内时间。
签证申请十分简单，准备材料，递交，1周后就可以拿护照。

you will need to provide proof of travel itinerary when applying visa, so i think as long as you can get the flight booking from shanghai to Tokyo ready, shall be fine.
