鲜xx吃火锅， granbone deal不平宜

跟朋友去鲜xx吃火锅，我买的是Grabone deal - hot pot deal , $65 ( 原价$130 ) 。 上菜我就傻眼拉，这直$130??  好吧， 我数学不太好，问了下老板，怎么来$130, 老板说就是130， 因为那虾每只要$23. 但我们自己按着菜单算了一遍，都还是没$130 , 难道我数学差了那么多？ 但说实话，如果不是半价，我绝对不去，真心贵啊。

吃的最好不要在grabone买，特别是这种半价的deal,就买过一次，洋人老板那个不高兴啊，给的东西少的，感觉就像是占了他多大的便宜，从此以后再也不买吃的了。

这两位姐姐，我认为你们这样做人不太老实，周六没让你们吃是因为上面写的很清楚，我们周六不做这个，你们大老远跑来我也深表歉意，但是你们离开改为周日，你们周六离开时的话语就不太好听，但是我们做生意问心无愧。至于价格折扣请联系grabone。我们做生意光明正大，明码标价，建议有问题当面讲清楚，大家现有在基督城做生意的都不容易，但是都是坦荡荡，这个Deal的细节在您购买的时候图片和包括什么都在网络上，有问题的在购买之前也都有咨询平台。term and condition都有明确的标识。

火锅还是家里吃比较合算 而且我更喜欢家里吃的氛围。。。可能我是北方人吧，就喜欢吃清水汤底 放点儿大葱 姜片 枸杞。。所以外面的火锅店，任何汤底对我来说都没有诱惑。。

看到店家回复，我真就呵呵了。你周六不做这个，和人家说的是一个主题吗？不管你什么时候做这个deal，是不是都是这个量？kiwi数学都不好，觉得你原价130，现价65就很值得。。中国人就一眼能看出来，你这个不值130刀，65可能都不值吧。生意不好做就本本分分的做，搞出这么多狗血的deal，当消费者都傻啊。。

我觉得老板没错，老板也要赚钱，你们这些人光想着占便宜，老板没钱挣了，怎么给政府交税啊！！！！！怎么办移民，怎么有钱盖房子，怎么生baby，blablabla
65扣去GST,还有55扣去员工还有45，扣去房租水电，还有35，扣去成本，还有10刀最多，还要GRABONE的佣金，手续费，广告费，你看看还剩多少，老板还能赚多少，这个deal的目的就是一个让大家尝试的，65还有南极小龙虾吃，你们是没去过星月吧。。哈哈哈。

说到底了，就是想捡一便宜，结果没捡到，回家掐指一算，艾玛，不如自己去华城买的吃。
人家饭店炒盘青菜还要15呢。

我说句公道话，大家不要拍。

( please do not take it offence if I use English to reply, sorry,  the computer at work doesn’t have Chinese Input ). First of all, my commence was general, honest, nothing disparaging, and the pics tell all the truths , I didn’t exaggerate anything at all. And I didn’t use any nasty or mean words towards this whole matter. Basically, I only want to point out this deal to me is not a great deal at all, based on the menu list and the original price $130, I deeply think it was overpriced.

Secondly, I never mentioned about what happened on Saturday. Well , since you brought it up, Ok , Let’s begin. I purchased the deal after I made the phone call booking. On the phone, I clearly mentioned it was for Grabone Deal, but you didn’t say any words about the term & condition which the voucher cannot be used on Saturday. So my girlfriend and I showed up and about to have a lovely girls night out, but got told that we were not allowed to use the voucher. So we tried to negotiate whether you can show us your courtesy to let us still use this voucher. Well, to be fair, based on the facts, both sides (you and me) made mistakes, you didn’t mention anything about it on the phone, I didn’t pay enough attention to the details. We got turned down as expected, that is totally ok with me, so we came back next day. Honestly, We were a bit annoyed and pissed, but we were not that pissed enough to swear and split nasty words in the public. Because we would still want a present meal on the next day.

By the way, we are not that stupid, and we don’t want to piss you guys off before we can actually have our meal. So whatever you said,  “我认为你们这样做人不太老实… 你们周六离开时的话语就不太好听… ” it is really inappropriate and dishonest, not a proper customer manner for your business.  

Last thing, any business should be open minded to take feedback or suggestion from their customers, that is a really basic thing to do. I will definitely not coming back and will not suggest any of my friends after your response.

楼上确实不厚道，人家卖东西都明码标价了，有什么misleading可言，人家的东西都是加了很多成本在里面的，和你在超市买的不一样，都不容易何必呢，你觉得贵下次不去不就好了，还在这里开贴点名说人家，真不够实在

这里关键就是价格对不上吧，如果说菜单上就是这个价，楼主应该就不发贴了。说是130打对半结果去吃了发现根本可能连对半的价格都不值，这不是坑人吗？ 和商场说半价销售，结果把标签价提高一倍多，你买的价格比原价还高，这样的做法对吗？

诚信才能留住客人，基督城就这么点人口，商家本来可能想通过促销抓点新客户，结果还抠门准备从里面能省就省，结果可能新客户没留住，还给未来的客户源里传了个坏名声。不值得
