看上一套MISSON HIGHT 的房子，四房，很新，那一区怎么样，房子到底指的买吗？？

还不错，房子密度较高但是小区规划很好，整齐划一，看楼主喜欢了。MISSION HEIGHTS校区的现在不便宜。

I have heard negative comment about Indians many times and I can't help renting out my thoughts.
There seen to be many people here instinctively think Indian is junk and drop the property price down. I don't know where this ridiculous thought originate. Indians, in many ways, is similar to us Chinese, if not better.

In my area of profession (IT), I can say ratio of Indian people holding high level and high pay positions out-weight Chinese people. I see more Indian high achievers in workplace in general compare to Chinese people.

I'll be very frank, I personally don't like some Indian's culture and value too, but nobody is perfect. Our Chinese culture isn't perfect too. But that have nothing to do with property price. Unless Indian somehow turned into a high crime ethnic group, Indian won't have any different impact to property price than Chinese.

The way I see it, those people make blind comment about Indian (without any explanation) is pure racism and should be ashamed of themselves.

I personally completed my high school education in a public school have roughly 1/3 Indian people. I spend my 5 years university degree with mainly Indian people too.

Just like all ethnic group, there are good and bad people among them. In general, I never been bullied, stolen or discriminated from Indian people. Besides, that's NOT THE POINT.

The point is some people seen to think area populated with Indian people have no property growth potential. I can't see any reason / logic in there.

I also learn lots of valuable lessons in life from my Indian friends.
Raised from an traditional Chinese family, I was thought to be humble, don't show-off my talent, work hard, keep quit, respect the senior.

After I finish education and started work, my salary growth in first 3 years is extremely slow (say 20% in 3 years, very slow in my area of profession), I don't know why, I thought I did good work, my manager like me, I always complete work fast with high quality, and I'm loyal to my boss and never think of working for competitors.

Than I share my concern with my Indian friend, he told me I was completely wrong. I need show-off my talent, I need make my manager know of my good work, I need present and package myself well, if my boss give me a shity pay raise, I need yell and shout in his office and won't take no for an answer. And I need be greedy and constantly seek to job from other companies.

I did all that, and it completely turned around my career and I'm now very happy with where I am. There's always something we can learn from people with different ethnic group.

but some people just don't like the smell of their food (curry) or body. i don't mind my neighbour is indian, but i don't want my neighbors are all indian.

Add me to that group of people, I found the smell irritating too. And if there's a house that have that smell, I won't even consider buying it. I'm not saying Indians don't have flaw, they have. But destroy local district property price is not a flaw with Indian people.

印度人喜欢这个区不是缺点而是优点。 将来房子可以卖给印度人。  印度没有计划生育。来这的印度人会越来越多。

哈哈，淡定淡定，种族歧视是有人的地方都会有的。你跟华人说不要歧视印度人，就像是跟毛利人说不要歧视洋人，或者跟洋人说不要歧视亚洲人一样，浪费口水。

环境和校区都不错，光纤入户。但MISSION HEIGHTS校区的现在不便宜呀。

我并不是说你完全没错，但是学校里面的种族比例确实是家长们的考虑之一，这不是房价高低的问题了。
看看Otara区，房价再怎么低也很少华人或者白人家长想往那边去吧？

不错。他们很多都在单一种族的環璄下长大，也没有受过尊重其他种族感受和文化的教育，他们不会明白的。
