dude, it's not that simple. For a section with such big slope, city council will require a professional geo-tehnical report by fully qualified geo-engineer first.
In the report, engiener will dig holes in ground, analyse the ground soil composition, rainful, strom water etc and recommand which type of fundation is safe.
Without the geo-technical report, it's too early to comment on anything else. If the vendor have already sub-divived the section, they will HAVE to have a geo-tehnical report already (council will not approve sub-division without geo report). Usually they will provide the report to potential buyer. If not, it's likely there's something in the report the vendor want to hide. |
