5月29号在dailybabydeals.co.nz买了几件merino给可乐,5月31号群里大家也想买一些romper什么的,一次邮费7刀,大家合邮凑够150就可以免运费。都是五块石快的小东西,能省则省。
弄个破order弄了好久,最后无奈上facebook看他们说网站坏了要改manual order. 我email了一份很仔细的单子,因为很多东西好几个妈妈要但是不同size的
过了两天dbd回信说好多东西没货了, 但是We managed to secure most of your order apart from the bunny rompers and cow rompers。给我发了invoice,明明超过了150刀但是还是加了邮费。我回信后他们把邮费取消了。东西给的少了很多,弄得我根本分不清谁订的什么,想说邮到了再说,大家再分。
5号,我发信问东西什么时候才能到,被告知'your orders on the 29th and 30th will be sent out tonight' (原文我写的是29和30号的order,其实是29,31)
9号收到了29号我自己订的几件衣服,1岁的衣服merino hoodie,比mokopuna的6个月的都小。反正能穿,这个也不怪他们,也就算了。可是31号群里的那个一直不到
我等了两天又email去问
14号,被告知We are currently processing your order and have discovered we are out of stock on 2 of the character leggings and the Mickey moust character romper. Would you like to swap for another style?
5号说要邮出来,14号变成processing。之前在没货的前提说secured my order现在又变成没货
我回信说ridiculous,我不换 (因为我也没法换,我都不知道是哪个妈妈的货!)
之后又不理我了,也不说道歉,也不解释他们说5号邮出来怎么现在才process, 更不提退钱的事情!
等了两天,我急了,在facebook上跟贴留言 (note: 他们facebook不让发帖,只能在他们后面跟帖)我把由始至终从31号我如何place order,网站如何坏了一不告知,我如何对他门服务不满意,全部写上。facebook还挺礼貌,说we're sorry you feel this way, 然后说要refund, 这个应该是16,17号。
我等了两天还是不回我。19号我email问他们到底想怎么样,20号他们说我没有给他们发帐号,然后说要refund,我说我就要退那几样的钱,别的我照要。他们回due to the nature of your post on facebook we are cancelling your order. 我火了,我说什么nature? 我说真话的nature?? 你们在facebook工作效率极高,email就不理人。
20号帐号给了,24号今天钱还没给我。我上facebook发现他们把我拉黑了。
我换个帐号在facebook又继续留言。这次我是真火了。你丫的要是行得正又怕别人说你吗?到现在解释没有道歉没有钱没有。
结果没20分钟就被他们删了,给我email
You have been banned from our site due to defamatory postings on OUR facebook page. We as a business will not tolerate this type of behaviour on the page. Several apologies were given in Facebook posts when our system went down as it was out of our control and unfortunately your order came in after most of the stock we had sold out. We were not able to email that our system had gone down as our emails also didnt work but we did post this on Facebook so you were well aware.
We have offered you a refund, and will process this this week as our accounts lady works part time.
Your alias has now also been banned and the post has been reported to Facebook. We are quite prepared stand up against any charges you may have as you have agreed to our terms and conditions on our site which are quite clear.
Please refrain from contact us again or we will also get our solicitors involved.

defamatory as in telling the truth? if you had any reasonable explanation/excuses for your lies and awful services, you wouldn't have needed to blacklist me at all. in fact, if you were all the openess to comments that you were, perhaps you didn't even need to prevent anyone from posting on facebook altogether.
you 'secured' me of what you said was part of my invoice. you said it was posted out 'tonight' 3 weeks ago. i dont see what excuses you have of not being able to provide explanations or at the very least apologies for this, which to date you have not. i have also alerted my lawyers of this. i'm curious as to whether or not you have facebook records of this. because if you have deleted everything obviously there is no evidence of anything but emails. all the better for me.
