This is a Traffic Managed plan with no data caps and no overage charges. However, we do manage all the traffic on this Unlimited plan. You may notice reduced speeds in particular in relation to file sharing and downloading during the peak hours (generally between 9am and 2am). The types of internet traffic that we manage will be regularly reviewed to ensure that we provide an optimal internet experience for everyone on this plan. If speed on all of your internet activities is always important, then Unlimited plan isn’t the right plan for you. Instead you can change your plan to one of our other available broadband plans.
