关于responsible dog owner licence test的问题

. T# _$ y) h5 l& t7 H& ~上周申请了responsible dog owner licence, 周末收到了test. 可是我有2道题不是特别确定，想请教做过test的妈妈爸爸。

忘记了。。。。考这么细吗？？？？考满70分就能过了。。。。。。。而且如果不满70分老师还会引导你到70分的。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。不用这么抠题吧。。。

( L- b7 a6 x5 D" @' O" Q那个test是寄到家来自己填完再寄回去的，没有人可以问啊。。。

如果第一題問的是一只狗性格最最容易改變的時候我覺得是b 。你應該比較了解吧。。。。

嗯，不过貌似不单单是性格，还包括行为吧。我本来以为要1年，没想到更久。
0 Q2 G) I) m* F2 t: Q, B这个test的有些问题很ambiguous.

! U8 c4 N+ q- i7 w, K去council网页上下载申请表，填完寄回去。他们会审核你是否qualified, 几天后就会收到他们的回信和test, 5个工作日内做完test发回去就好了。

自从回了test之后，就一直没收到消息。几个月后我打了电话过去，city council说waiting list很长，会再联系我做house inspection，之后漏接过一个电话，貌似dog control打来的，后来就再没消息了。本以为今年无望了，谁知道昨天收到dog registration letter, 发现charge我的是responsible dog owner license的fee!!! 两只狗一共省了我100多块呢！

这个是什么新玩意儿。。。就是考自己，然后狗狗每年的注册费可以少些吗？

要去council的网上下载application form, 填完寄回去，然后他们会寄test给你，你做完test在规定的时间内寄回去。如果pass test的话，他们会打电话联系你做house inspection. 通过之后就有这个licence了。前提是你要养狗养了1年以上，一年之内没有被邻居complain过。
