BOCINI is a leading manufacturer and importer of corporate, work and safety wear, casual and promotional clothing and sportswear for the Australian & New Zealand market.

We are currently seeking an Office Coordinator/indent Assistant to join our team in NZ team. The ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Mandarin.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Outstanding customer service abilities.

• Excellent computer literacy, particularly in office administration programs.

• Desired understanding of the garment manufacturing process.

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with initiative.

  
  

Previous experience in a similar role and a basic understanding of the production process would be advantageous.

As an Office Coordinator/indent Assistant , your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing the production process for client jobs.

• Providing professional customer service to a diverse range of clients.

• Liaising with manufacturers, clients, and sales representatives for sampling and production runs.

• Working closely with the production manager to coordinate the entire production cycle.

• Performing data entry tasks for item information, orders, and purchase orders.

• Ensuring adherence to critical path deadlines.

• Keeping the sales representative and manager updated on all production issues.

• Fulfilling other administrative and customer service duties as required.
