Our front desk staff will be on leave for one month, so we are looking to hire a temporary staff member for a one-month period.

We are a phone and computer resell company based in Auckland. We provide FAST and RELIABLE solutions for Mobile Phone /Tablet /Laptop ,  Repair and Resell etc, with the best price for New Zealander.

You are required to do:

• Communicate with our Customer/supplier in both English and Chinese.

• Driven to help others, adaptable, and motivated to produce a high level of customer service.

• Excellent communication skills and effective listening skills

• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills

• Able to work as a part of a team, work autonomously and use initiative.

• Build effective working relationships with staff.

• Have personal integrity, sound judgment, and an honest and ethical approach.

• Ability to time manage and meet deadlines, sometimes under pressure and with conflicting deadlines.

• Providing technical information, advice, support, and communications with customers

• Adaptable to change and able to multi-task

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

• Backup and maintaining Mobile and PC data.

• Update job details ensuring the accuracy of data captured.

• Provide daily report

  
  
  

Applicants must have:

• Attention to detail and a drive to get things right the first time

• At least one year of experience in the local retail shop

• Good understanding of hardware installation and maintenance

• Technical understanding of IT Systems

• Good communication skills

• Reliable with a good work ethic

• Experience with Xero

• NZ Full driver's license needed.
