We are looking for a flatmate in a brand-new, quiet and spacious home.

There is a bus station en route to City Central and Albany in two minutes walking distance and to Takapuna in three minutes.

Glenfield shopping mall is also within nine minutes walking distance.

The bedroom is bigger than a master bedroom with a built-in 4 door wadrobe, furnished with a bed, desk and chair.

$250 per week inclusive of water, electricity, and wifi(fibre).

We prefer a female student or a female full-time worker.

Move-in is from 22nd September, 2024.
