关于responsible dog owner licence test的问题

; a) J% V# w" n. o0 k' F, x上周申请了responsible dog owner licence, 周末收到了test. 可是我有2道题不是特别确定，想请教做过test的妈妈爸爸。

这个是什么新玩意儿。。。就是考自己，然后狗狗每年的注册费可以少些吗？

要去council的网上下载application form, 填完寄回去，然后他们会寄test给你，你做完test在规定的时间内寄回去。如果pass test的话，他们会打电话联系你做house inspection. 通过之后就有这个licence了。前提是你要养狗养了1年以上，一年之内没有被邻居complain过。

自从回了test之后，就一直没收到消息。几个月后我打了电话过去，city council说waiting list很长，会再联系我做house inspection，之后漏接过一个电话，貌似dog control打来的，后来就再没消息了。本以为今年无望了，谁知道昨天收到dog registration letter, 发现charge我的是responsible dog owner license的fee!!! 两只狗一共省了我100多块呢！

咋申请啊？是在家填考卷还是怎么啊？

1 x  M. g  H2 O去council网页上下载申请表，填完寄回去。他们会审核你是否qualified, 几天后就会收到他们的回信和test, 5个工作日内做完test发回去就好了。

如果第一題問的是一只狗性格最最容易改變的時候我覺得是b 。你應該比較了解吧。。。。

3 {& g8 Q" [0 x' L9 ^: q) F$ Q嗯，不过貌似不单单是性格，还包括行为吧。我本来以为要1年，没想到更久。
5 o5 u- k8 }  x* ]* u: i9 b这个test的有些问题很ambiguous.

囧.

老師給我們的資料是

-Early phase is associated with canine socialization (3-7weeks)
& B; A/ X7 g6 n. [. S6 A-dog learns about it's society
