******************************************* We are looking for a single or a couple flatmate/s to joinour lovely home located at Hobsonville. The house is new, modern & big. Located in a quiet area.It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens & 3 lounges. It also, has asunny nice deck at the back of the house.    
Our home location offers an easy access to the Countdown,New world and other shops, restaurants, Cafes & bus stops and within a veryshort driving distance. About 10-minute drive from Westgate shopping center& Northshore. Also, a short walking distance to Scott point beach -brickbat bay. One bedroom plus a living room plus its own ensuiteavailable, the bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, mattress, in theliving room there is a couch, a coffee table and a tall boy. The room has itsown entrance.

$ Z. j4 K, n0 G1 ^2 c- TThe rent will be $420/week for single, $480 for a couple (3weeks bond and one week rent in advance is required prior to the move in date).Rent includes water, electricity, high-speed internet and gas. Parking ison-street only.
