Account Manager -ANZ Region Join a leading New Zealand healthcare manufacturing company We are a well-established New Zealand manufacturer of complementary healthcare, natural health, and dairy-based nutritional products, supplying customers across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for a motivated Account Manager- ANZ Region to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting growth across the ANZ market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering commercial results. What You Will Be Doing Manage and grow existing key customer accounts across the ANZ region Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing structures Negotiate sales contracts and commercial agreements Monitor and report DIFOTIS performance for customer orders Work closely with R&D, QA, production, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements Coordinate customer orders and projects through the ERP system Conduct regular customer meetings and maintain strong relationships Support marketing initiatives and attend industry events Ensure customer complaints are addressed promptly in collaboration with QA Maintain accurate order, shipping, and traceability records
What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or account management, ideally in FMCG, nutraceutical, healthcare, or food manufacturing Proven ability to manage both small and large customer accounts Strong communication and problem-solving skills Good time management and project management abilities Strong attention to detail Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities High level of commercial awareness and negotiation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
