A bit about the job:

Due to the surge in business to expand the scale of operations,  We are recruiting a Accounting Manager. This will be a Full-time permanent position, working 40 hours per week between the business operation hours from Monday to Friday (depends on schedule).  

The duties include:

· Preparing monthly/quarterly financial report and forecast to the directors for their information as part of the internal financial reviewing and reporting process conducted by the management.

· Responsibility for all journals and final GL balances including review of month end balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts.

· Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the accounting records and financial systems.

· Working with the New Zealand accounting legislation.

· Attending to all other accounting and financial matters from time to time when they arise or when required by the directors .

· Ensure all returns for the organisation, PAYE, GST and other relevant taxes are submitted, payments made on time and all relevant regulations are complied with.

· Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, bankers and other parties as directed by the General Manager.

Key Requirements:

lAt least 1 year of NZ local accounting experience

lFamiliar with industry accounting

lBilingual in English and Chinese is preferred
