We are a friendly and busy roll blinds factory in Auckland Penrose seeking a reliable and organised Admin to join our team. About the Role This role supports the day-to-dayoperations of the business and works closely with management, sales staff, andcustomers. Training will be provided for the rightperson, so previous experience is helpful but not essential. Key Responsibilities Accounts Administration
- Process sales and supplier invoices in Xero
- Open trade accounts and perform credit checks
- Prepare payment batches
Office Administration
- Answer phones and assist customer enquiries
- Maintain company records and documentation
CRM & Job Management
- Maintain client and contact records
- Prepare and update quotes, proposals and job sheets
- Assist with job completion and invoicing
Health & Safety Administration
- Maintain company H&S documentation
- Update Site Safe and compliance documentation
General Support
- Provide administration support to the sales team and management
- Assist with reporting and sustainability programme data entry
About You
You will ideally have:
- Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisation and communication skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Requirements
Applicants must be:
- A New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident, or
- Hold a valid New Zealand work visa
