We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records Handle invoices, payments, and reconciliation Provide general administrative support Maintain organized documentation and reports Assist with basic IT-related tasks and system coordination when needed
Requirements: Experience in bookkeeping or accounting-related work Strong organizational and administrative skills Basic IT knowledge or technical background (e.g., familiarity with office systems, software troubleshooting, or data management) Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools Attention to detail and good communication skills Ability to work independently and responsibly
Preferred: Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) Previous administrative experience
