You are required to do:
Communicate with our Customer/supplier in both English and Chinese.

Able to work as a part of a team, work autonomously and use initiative.
Build effective working relationships with staff.

Ability to time manage and meet deadlines, sometimes under pressure and with conflicting deadlines.
Providing technical information, advice, support, and communications with customers
Adaptable to change and able to multi-task
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Backup and maintaining Mobile and PC data.
Update job details ensuring the accuracy of data captured.
Provide daily report
Applicants must have:
Attention to detail and a drive to get things right the first time
At least one year of experience in the local retail shop
Good understanding of hardware installation and maintenance
Technical understanding of IT Systems
Good communication skills
Reliable with a good work ethic
Experience with Xero
NZ Full driver's license needed.
