Our company's main business is Home staging service, with branch businesses Interior design and furniture retail. The business covers the whole of Auckland. With the rapid development trend of Auckland's real estate and surrounding industries, the interior design business will expand to the housing development and Airbnb markets.
As the company's team grows and the business develops rapidly, exclusive office positions are needed. We are now recruiting Accounts Administrator. The company will provide training. We hope to cooperate in the long term and develop together with the company.
Work content:
Accounts Administrator: Mainly responsible for arranging daily schedule for home staging work, sending and receiving invoice, checking the amount of accounts receivable and payable, general ledger statistics and other basic accounting and office admin work.
Work requirements:
- Careful and rigorous work, strong sense of responsibility and strong adaptability
- Ability to solve problems by yourself, can multi-task, and have high work efficiency
- Good at communicating and customer service with colleagues and clients in both Chinese and English ( Korean language skills are a plus
- Able to skillfully handle ACC, Payroll, GST, PAYE and other financial related work
- Including file archiving, etc., skillfully in using Gmail, Microsoft office and other commonly used office software.
- Relevant accounting work experience or graduation from a related major is required
- Must have a local driver's license, legal work visa or resident visa

能熟练处理 ACC、Payroll、GST、PAYE 等相关财务工作
负责文件归档及行政事务，熟练使用 Gmail、Microsoft Office 等办公软件
具备相关会计工作经验或会计/财务相关专业背景
持有新西兰合法驾照
持有合法工作签证或新西兰居民身份
