I am on the lookout for 1x Female roommate to fill in a furnished bedroom. The room comes with an in-built large wardrobe, air conditioner and a single bed. The house is a 2 storey fully renovated home in a private neighborhood . The upstairs space is occupied by my partner and I, and we have one female roommate downstairs. The room available is downstairs, and there is a shared bathroom and toilet (shared with our female tenant). Location is in Manukau Heights / Goodwood Heights. Closeby to Manukau City, Ormiston, Botany, along with easy motorway access and near the station for public transport.
