Blockhouse bay shops are a 2 mins walk- there you'll findsupermarkets, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops and convenience stores, and convenient public transport 1min walk away.

I am looking for someone who is tidy, clean,respectful and will treat it as if it were their own house. A single nonsmoking person preferred.
