If an animal management officer visits my property, as a registered dog owner, am i required to give them my personal details and those of my dog (eg. full name, date of birth and cotact details?)1 O5 f5 z" k. \. B

/ H* L/ x1 i; o6 `a. no, under the Privatcy Act i dont have to give out that information
4 N! H; q# e. \  i0 Y! Lb. yes, failure to provide the information could result in a $750 fine$ M2 s& x% O, e9 v
c. yes, but only if my dog has committed an offence
