" W  u# o: n3 K$ }! R' LIf an animal management officer visits my property, as a registered dog owner, am i required to give them my personal details and those of my dog (eg. full name, date of birth and cotact details?)
& t" n* X8 T; u+ m; {$ c* m7 b6 t0 M+ A! ^' q" h5 h' ~: F) a
a. no, under the Privatcy Act i dont have to give out that information
: p/ a/ D2 q; a8 X$ E/ D* @b. yes, failure to provide the information could result in a $750 fine9 F2 o, {/ B! F. K1 d  R: F5 B
c. yes, but only if my dog has committed an offence( {7 r1 F! L% F) h( q$ k/ `
