Geoffrey is a 6yr old, German Shepherd/Rough Coated Collie mix originally from RSPCA , u( ?- e4 S% E- H He has been a member of our family since he was 8 weeks old and always the submissive part of a twosome. 9 Y* S& y' V* S" n8 v1 M Originally with a Labrador and now with a corgi.+ p6 Q6 h9 M" Y, o% z% \' K
He is a dog that requires leadership – from either another dog or his human friend. . {& e" m7 Z; o+ B1 n& J' D Geoffrey is not a brave dog. He does not like bangs (guns) or fireworks.9 y- q. N: B6 x8 R7 g
He is a soft, loyal boy who welcomes praise. + W9 ?5 i" l" l Geoffrey responds very well to routine and is easily controlled by voice.2 E F; m- `7 L' |) o |+ K
He does not stray from his master, is easy to take anywhere.2 h4 o! A3 x7 ~* }
He has a cod liver oil tablet and a garlic tab each morning.0 D4 t4 N* G, N4 P, E% b7 Z( J( c
He then sits and takes a biscuit very gently from me. 3 j- p" _3 D# e% G9 J" y He has fantastic toilet habits and rarely makes a mess where he shouldn’t. " z0 R) P3 B+ F8 z! w6 o7 K9 |& O I would not even think about rehousing him if I was in good health. He is a great companion and very empathetic towards me." p, ~# j+ ~3 X3 D% {/ y7 u. P" P
If he has a shortfall at all, it would be that he is somewhat wary of some men, although once he knows them he is just fine. 0 r0 N9 l, x+ {: O6 @$ l% q3 B$ K3 u
