第一步用手掌底部从腰部向中间腹部推
第二步用手掌从后腰部从上往下推
第三步用两手腹部往两边推捏住肌肉,猛地松开
第四部腰两侧和肚脐平行有一个点,按住有酸的感觉,按摩这一点。
注意:饭后两小时,每一步做2分钟
