For anyone who would like to get into a large orgnisation, know how to survive Psychometric Test is a must.Since English is not my first language ,I find very hard for the verbal reasoning questions(find the synonyms or Antonym).The math questions are very very easy so I do not list it here.The logic questions are very interestring. Maybe it is useful for someone.

那些大公司每年花很多钱在graduate program。可以说召一个graduate比召一个有经验的还费钱。
召grad，每个学校有招聘会都要去。
上千分cv，要一份一份读。
要有7－10天的assessment day，test。
要在72小时之内出offer。
好多hr的人这个时候都要工作15－17个小时一天。

这个一定是虚假广告。我去年申请的，没要我。我把去年的application form 那里直接copy paste上去，不一样会让我去interview。而且去年说不要我的时候，那个经理说一直说你是一个很接近的，明年一定申请啊。所以你放心了。

但是今天听朋友说四大无论什么Position都只能申请一次。、、一次没成功以后就再也不要你了。。

It is good to see so many people to apply for the big firms and share information .It is good idea to have some sort of information post around this time of the year.也许版主应该在这段时间给个置顶供有经验的人和正在申请的人提供一个交流的平台。

不是啊，我身边的kiwi的gpa都没有那么高，不过有很多都很smart，都不着急找工作一个个都是conjoint。都还没毕业。我想幸亏没毕业，没人和我抢工作。

Sorry,可能你添application的方式不对他们的口味。不过我感觉从申请过程来看可能他是比较号申请的一个，你的application过来，直接就叫你interview了。不过难的是assessment day的group assessment。去年我是什么都没听明白啊。partner interview一般都不难。

学cs的有很多很变态的。^_^
基本上gpa都在8。5左右，比起他们我只能。唉。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。
